An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Russian speaking Chief Accountant within my client's London offices. Based in London, looking after UK/offshore Jersey entities of the Group, liaising with Russian and Cypriot offices and supervising one accountant within the finance function in London.
A prospective candidate must: speak Russian;- be experienced of preparing financial statements for the UK entities (including PLCs) as well as in practical application of IFRSs;- basic understanding of the UK tax legislation is appreciated (UK tax returns are prepared by PwC);- be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CA or similar).
