Our financial services client has an urgent requirement for a Data Analyst to join a high performing team.
Your duties will include:
* Respond to requests for information and be able to interpret these intelligently and negotiate with requestor.
* Run queries on Oracle and SQL, identifying anomalies.
* Work with the business to follow up on any anomalies in the data.
* Be able to check and produce accurate (validated) information.
* Produce relevant reports, through understanding of reporting needs of the organisation, be able to produce basic and intermediate analyses.
* To be able to respond to a wide variety of ad-hoc queries.
Essential Skills:
* Ability to manipulate & analyse data using various analytic tools including SQL, Oracle & Access.
* The ideal candidate will have experience of working within financial services.
