Our market leading Insurance client requires an experienced Project Manager to manage the successful delivery defined for the Solvency II workstream. As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing dependencies from the relevant Solvency II workstreams, ensuring the development of a detailed project plan for delivery (including measurable milestones, consistent with agreed timescales monitored on an ongoing basis). Developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement across all of the workstreams, identifying all resource requirements and providing management of the project resources. Our client requires an experienced project manager with the ability to identify and tailor the delivery approach based on the project requirements.
You must display excellent relationship management skills including stakeholder management at senior executive level. You will have proven skills to matrix manage teams of people and a strong awareness of change management methods, tools and techniques. Solid financial services experience is essential as well as managing change in a project environment. You must have a solid background in risk management, with Basel II or Solvency II experience being advantageous.
