This well respected investment house requires a qualified accountant to assist with the set up of a new data room. You will be responsible for gathering and storing confidential information on the company including financial, performance and contractual from various areas of the business. For this reason you need to have experience of due diligence processes as well as the ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business. You will ideally come from one of the big 4 audit houses and have a recognised accountancy qualification.
