This global business is currently going the a transformation programme that will change the systems, processes and ultimately the organisation. There is a need for Process Improvers to work with the Operational & Finance teams to help review process, project manage and implement change.
This role is suited to a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who has ideally project managed a change programme which involves reviewing current processes, designing process improvements and implementing these changes. The successful individual will be liaising with various areas of the business and therefore needs excellent communication skills and strong customer focus. Change management and lean expertise would be desirable, as would Six Sigma or Prince II experience.
