For Recruiters - each registration is for a single organisation only ("main user"). Multiple sub-user accounts (up to a maximum per the terms of business) can be created under a main user account for single users within an organisation. Organisation level (main user) accounts set up by individuals representing an organisation that has an existing main-user account will not be approved or, where already operating, will be made inactive.

If we reasonably believe that your User ID is being used in any way which is not permitted by the Terms, we reserve the right to block access from your User ID until the issue has been resolved.

Changes to Services

We are continually seeking to improve the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes to any part of the Services. We make no guarantee of availability of the Website.

For individuals seeking contract positions use of the Website is provided free of charge. We will not ask Contractors for payment to register with the site. We may, however, offer certain services to registered Contractors for which payment may be required.

For Recruiters seeking Contractors the Services are subject to our Business Terms which are set out here.

Limitations of Liability

You acknowledge that the intent of this Website is to provide information about contracts and contracting related services to Contractors; and to provide Recruiters with a means of advertising contract work and promoting their services to Contractors. We seek representations from Contractors and Recruiters as to the accurancy and completeness of their information but we do not verify or exercise any control over its accuracy.

While we provide a means for Recruiters to advertise contract positions and for Contractors to submit applications to Recruiters we are not part of any subsequent negotiations or contract between such parties. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of our Website and we hereby exclude any such liability, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions, including but not limited to any warranty, term or other condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement in every case whether implied by statute, common law, custom, collaterally or otherwise.
