Contractors and Recruiters who register with the website
(and thereby provide information to the website) should do so in the knowledge that it is the intention
of the Website to act as a forum for information exchange, whether that be contract opportunities,
Contractor details or Recruiter profiles. However, we aim to do this in a manner that does not mis-use
the information provided to the Website. Personal contact details are therefore only available to users
who register with the Website, as outlined below.
How we use the information you provide
to the Website
We use the information you provide to:

- administer your account(s) with us
- provide our services to you and to communicate with you generally
- send you information about our products and services
- (on an anonymous basis) create statistics for our own purposes or those of selected third
parties
- deliver the services that the Website is intended to deliver. Services to Recruiters include paid-
for searching of our Contractor database. The purpose of this search is to enable Recruiters to
identify suitable candidates for contract positions. On that basis Recruiters will seek to contact
Contractors who register with the Website. Contractors should ensure that their registration
information is up-to-date to help maintain the quality of these communications.
Contractors who do not wish to register with the Website
can still search for contracts, but they will not enjoy the benefits of the full range of our services.
Contractors who wish to deregister may do so with immediate effect. The database will archive their
details.
