FinanceContractors is a new job board with a unique proposition. We are 100% focused on the needs of finance professionals who work for clients as an interim or contractor. Our objective is to support contracting as a career option by providing contractors with easy access to the best contract roles available through leading recruiters.


FinanceContractors provides a cost-effective method for Recruiters to reach the finance contractor community. We provide a subscription-based service that allows Recruiters to advertise a specified number of roles per subscription period. We offer standard subscription packages and also provide tailored packages to meet specific requirements - please for further information.


Recruiter registration is free and we offer unlimited free contract postings as part of our launch. You can register easily online - or we can create your account and profile for you.


Posting options
Recruiters can post contract roles to our job board either directly or via a multi-posting service. FinanceContractors is connected to the Broadbean AdCourier, idibu and JobMate multi-posting networks.

Adverts - key features

Adverts placed on FinanceContractors are for positions with day rates starting at £200. The 30 day posting period starts from the date that the package is purchased.

Each contract position posted:

  • Will appear on the site for 7 days
  • Will be included in email alerts to Contractors
  • Can be edited and deleted by the Recruiter
  • Includes a full contract description, provided by the Recruiter
  • Is searchable by Contractors, using keyword search and defined search criteria entered when the Recruiter posts the contract
  • Provides a link to the Recruiter's profile, which can link to the Recruiter's corporate website
  • Will usually be available for view immediately
  • Will not be posted until payment is received
  • Can be renewed after 7 days on the site (a renewal is charged at the same rate as a new posting)

Recruiter Registration

Recruiters are required to register with FinanceContractors in order to post/advertise contract roles. Registered Recruiters are responsible for their company profiles and the contract descriptions submitted. Each subscription allows for up to 5 sub-user accounts to be created - allowing individual recruiters within the subscribing organisation to track and manage their own site activity (advertised roles, applications, etc.).

Registered Recruiters can:

  • Maintain their company profile (administrator only - does not apply to sub-user accounts)
  • Post/advertise contract roles
  • View their current contract roles
  • Track applications against individual roles; and review and rank applications online
  • Monitor the hit rate of individual adverts
  • Access Contractor profiles (subject to service level subscription) - to search and view Contractor profiles (details include: name, location, availability, client history, work preferences (industry, role, rates))


Payment terms

All 30 day advertising-only packages can be bought online (an invoice will be sent to the registered user's email address). 12 month packages, tailored advertising packages, and profile/CV search packages require specific customer accounts to be set-up, and payment against invoice.


End of subscription period

Unless the subscription package is renewed or upgraded, adverts posted within the final 7 days of the contracted subscription period will remain on the site for a maximum of 7 days.


Cancellation policy and refunds

No refunds will be made once a posting has been made under a standard posting package of less than 12 months. 12 month packages are refundable on a pro-rata basis for each complete month outstanding subject to a minimum charge equal to 90 days at the unlimited 30 day package rate.
